This is a comprehensive package that comes with everything that you may need to support your body, including an intestinal cleanse to take the day before and after the full moon week. It comes with a guide that includes the 3 phases, which are simply different paces and frequency of dosing, as well as a layout of what a full moon week of cleansing may look like.
Following the calendar, on the first day you would take an intestinal sweep, to remove large parasites, debris, mucus, Rope Worm, and other large intestinal matter.
