Description

Chicory is a plant that has been raved about, especially by famous people that have lost a lot of weight quickly. When chicory root is dried, it contains approximately 17% inulin. Inulin is said to reduce the speed of digestion in the body, including of carbohydrates. A slower digestive process may help with things like stabilizing blood sugar levels because the sugar may be released at a slower rate.
