Herp~Ease Solutions™ Discussion:

An outbreak, or recurrence takes place when Herpes Simplex Viral (HSV) pathogens reactivate. This action takes place in the nerve ganglion, at the base of the spine and in the skin around the genitals. Herpes particles travel along the nerves. Eventually it returns to the site of the original infection within the skin and membranes of the genital area. There are entire chapters on Herpes Simplex Virus’s multiple strains in books written by Dr. Stephen Buhner.

I work by saturating the body with herbal compounds. This is especially the case with a Herpes infection. By taking two methods of administration, you receive the compounds in different ways. You may want to consider getting multiple variations of this blend. I would suggest a tincture, an herbal tea, and a topical ointment. Some of these herbs are come highly recommended as an herbal tea, which extracts compounds. A tincture may absorb directly through the tissues, winding up in the blood. By using a topical on the base of the spine, it may target pathogens that have circulated to that area, from the outside-in.

In his book, “Herbal Antibiotics”, Dr. Buhner says that in vitro studies found houttuynia to be active against strains 1 & 2. As a matter of fact, this blend may be ideal as an herbal tea because he also mentions that it was a water extraction that was used in the tests. He tells us that it is specific for increasing the cytokine cascades involving IL-2 and IL-10. The cytokine IL-10 is an anti-inflammatory. It may also stimulate lymphocyte production, which increases immunity. He tells us that HSV 1 & 2 depend on NF-kB activation to inhibit replication, significantly reduce chemotaxis during active infections, and to lower cellular migration. (1)

In another of his books, “Healing Lyme”, Dr. Buhner discusses how cryptolepis, bidens pilosa, and sida acuta are active against Herpes Simplex. (2) We have all three of these herbs in stock and in wildcrafted form! They are also herbs capable of crossing the blood/brain barrier, also known as systemics. In this book, we are told that bidens pilosa is actually considered to be just as potent as the pharmaceutical Alvacor, yet without the side effects! (2) Usnea is also a potent antiviral that happens to be active against Herpes. (2)

We also use licorice as a synergist in this blend. It is one of the most potent adaptogens that can be used, due to its abilities to pull other, non-systemic compounds, across the blood/brain barrier. Phellodendron is dense in berberine compounds. which can be very helpful in your fight as well.

Product Variations:

The Addition of Oils to All Products – We were the first to make and offer collided essential oils and herbs. We are certain that this will soon be common knowledge and they will come out of the woodworks to copy!

We are now adding essential oils of therapeutic grade to some of our most prized signature blends. This will create a blend in the most bioavailable form, capable of penetrating our cells and the blood-brain barrier. Essential oils added to a standard tincture, will be diluted and ready to use. If you choose an herbosomal, or lipospheric tincture, it will contain molecules trapped in tiny bubbles, along with oxygen. We have also successfully added essential oils to herbal tea, capsules, and loose powder. 

When oil is added to water, it floats, as they remain separated. When you put them through the lipospheric process, they become one! The lipospheric process uses an emulsifier to create a bubble around the oil, herb, and oxygen molecules. The oil becomes a part of the solution and is distributed throughout.

Standard Tincture – Herbal compounds extracted in an alcohol base. Alcohol offers a superior absorption rate. We recommend allowing your dose to sit under the tongue for 3+ minutes, then swallowing it down with a drink of water. Otherwise, you may add it to 4 oz. of water, juice, or a smoothie. Microscopic compounds are readily available to be absorbed through tissues, into the bloodstream, and then circulated to organs.

Herbosomal/Lipospheric Tincture – This is the standard tincture, put through an energetic process. We collide the herbal compounds with oxygen and essential oil molecules, entrapping them within an oxygenated bubble. The process can be seen because the tincture lightens in color. The lipospheres’ may have the capability to surpass the bioavailability of a standard tincture, although it exhibits all of the same benefits.

Glycerite – Herbal compounds extracted in vegetable glycerin. This contains NO alcohol and NO sugar. The taste of glycerin resembles syrup, which makes it ideal for children. This version may be best for those highly sensitive or are seeking a nonalcoholic extraction. Doses may need to be up to three times higher than a tincture to receive similar benefits. They can be taken in the same way as tinctures, which is in 4 oz. of water, juice, or a smoothie.

Vegetarian Capsule – Size 00, vegetarian capsules, hand-encapsulated, to order. The capsule is swallowed with at least 4 oz. of water or juice, which is broken down by stomach acids. Once the herbal compounds go through digestion, they then get absorbed by tissues.

Herbal Tea – Tea bags are handmade to order and can be brewed up to three times each. The constituents will be continually extracted with each brew. Be sure to squeeze the bag gently upon finishing your cup of lovely tea. The label specifies the brewing instructions, which highly depends on the parts of the plant that are used in the tea. Keep in mind, this is medicinal tea and there are no additives. It may be best to drink as is, without adding a sugar substitute. Don’t forget the slurry, medicinal residue that settles to the bottom of the cup!

Loose Herbal Powder – We take pride in the freshness and quality of our herbal powders, as we hand-grind down each herb to order, as well as in any above process. Our inventory of herbs is always purchased, when possible, in whole form, if it is not wildcrafted by us. We ethically wildcraft many herbs, which ensures the highest content of medicinal compounds and freshness. We also attempt to include every part of the plant, if possible. We believe wildcrafted, and full spectrum to be the superior version of any herb. If an herb is wildcrafted, it will indicate so on each label by the abbreviation “WC”. The same goes for the full-spectrum, as each label indicates the parts used. We give multiple part options for each herb individually as well.

Skin Salve – Our oil-based salve base that we use is the same as our Remed~Ease™ salve base and scented with our Herp~Ease Solutions™ essential oil. It contains bloodroot and the resins of frankincense & myrrh.  

Infused Oil – We delicately infuse sunflower oil with the wildcrafted bark. It is scented with our Herp~Ease Solutions™essential oil.

Organic Soap – We offer infused, organic soap in 8 oz. portions. This is two 4 oz. bars. It is scented with our Herp~Ease Solutions™ essential oil.
