The lipospheric options contain nano-sized molecules. The dosage, or amount used, depends on the variation that you choose. There are approximately 600 drops per 1 oz. in a liquid dropper bottle and its dosage is 5 drops per use. There are approximately 450 sprays in a 1 oz. bottle and the general dose is 5 sprays. This means that a small bottle goes a long way!
